WPO365 will always “submit” email messages from WordPress to Microsoft Graph using the default “from” account. However, if that account has sufficient permissions to send as / on behalf of another account, it is possible to configure WPO365 to send from that account instead.

Perform the steps explained in the following video tutorial to enable WPO365 to achieve one of the following use cases.

• Always send emails from one specific Shared Mailbox.
• Always send emails or on behalf of one specific account that is not the default “From” account.
• Dynamically decide from what accounts some emails should be sent by letting the sending application (plugin, form) override the default “From”.
