- The external link trigger may not work as expected if caching is enabled for your website. In that case the link will work for the very first time or each time after your purged / refreshed the cache. In such a case you should add a dynamic parameter to the URL with a value that is dynamically generated to break the cache.
- If user synchronization is running, but completes with unexpected errors or does not complete and also does not generate a WPO365 Health Message – which will pop up the moment you access the WPO365 configuration pages or when click the corresponding link on the WPO365 Dashboard page – you can enable advanced logging of user-sync events. To enable this option, go to the plugin’s Debug configuration page and check the corresponding option. Once you enabled this logging function, reproduced the error (and disabled logging again), you can download the log – for example using an sFTP client – and send it to WPO365 support.
