- You have received an email with subject WPO365 | Purchase receipt from plugins@wpo365.com. If you did not receive that email then please check your spam folder for it.
- You should also have received an email with subject [Your action required] Welcome to WordPress + Azure AD / Microsoft Office 365 that explains how you can access your account at https://www.wpo365.com/your-account/.
- You have downloaded your personal copy of the premium addon using the download link provided in the WPO365 | Purchase receipt email.
Please note The download link provided in the purchase receipt email is only valid for 72 hours. After that it expires and it cannot be used anymore. If the download link is expired, please log into https://www.wpo365.com/your-account/ using the instructions provided in the welcome email. and download the latest version from our website.
- You have installed and activated the WPO365 | LOGIN or the WPO365 | MICROSOFT GRAPH MAILER plugin and reviewed the installation prerequisites. If not, please do so now (see Plugin installation tutorial).
- You are a Global Administrator for your company’s Office 365 tenant / Azure AD directory (or have at least the ability to register a new Enterprise Application).
- You are an Administrator for your WordPress website.
- Your website uses SSL and the internet address starts with https://.
